Tower Bridge House

British EPC carried out the commercial EPC of this 20,000SqM office block back in 2023 as part of a larger portfolio.  With the help of the brilliant in house M&E team British EPC was able to award a C grade to this property,  a notable achievement given the extensive incorporation of glazing in the project.
