The Blue Fin

In 2015, British EPC carried out the commercial EPC for the Blue Fin Building on Southwark Street, successfully obtaining a C rating for the client. Completed in 2007 and designed by the well-known architects Allies and Morrison, the building stands out with its distinctive blue aluminum fins. Tenants have access to a range of communal amenities on the upper floors, including a café, meeting and recreational areas with catering services, and a 7,500 sq ft terrace providing breathtaking vistas of the London skyline.
