Broadwick Soho Hotel

Located in central London, Broadwick Soho is a newly built high-end hotel, finished in 2023. The construction of the hotel extends 3 floors below ground level and 8 floors above. British EPC, situated nearby during the initial construction phase, was highly impressed by the preservation of the existing facade while the rest of the building was demolished and excavated. At the time of observing these renovations, little did we anticipate being chosen to oversee the completion of the Commercial EPC certificate for building control. There was considerable pressure on us to ensure that this multi-million pound fitout complied with the MEES requirements, and we are pleased to report that it successfully passed all criteria.
